1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the EasyRespawn website, creating an account, joining a workspace, or using any EasyRespawn product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to every visitor, trial user, customer administrator, workspace member, and invited collaborator who uses the service on behalf of a company, team, or other organization. If you use EasyRespawn for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

EasyRespawn provides a problem-solving operating system for experiment-driven teams. The service helps teams capture signals, define missions, plan experiments, manage work items, track metrics, and document insights. We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue features as the product evolves. When a material change affects an active paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the product, email, or account communication before the change takes effect.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and workspace. You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration, billing, and workspace information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and access tokens.
• Promptly revoke access for team members who should no longer use a workspace.
• Use the service only for lawful business, product, research, and collaboration purposes.
• Respect the rights, privacy, and confidential information of customers, teammates, and third parties.
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or bypass the security controls of the service.

4. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of the customer data, workspace content, files, notes, experiment details, metrics, and other materials that you submit to EasyRespawn. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content so we can provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your workspace content can lawfully be shared with EasyRespawn and with the users you invite. We do not claim ownership of your ideas, research, product strategy, or operational data.

5. Payment and Billing

EasyRespawn may offer free trials, subscription plans, usage-based plans, or team-based plans as described during purchase or in an order form. Fees, billing cycles, renewal dates, seat counts, limits, and refund terms are governed by the plan you select. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. If a valid payment method is not maintained, we may downgrade, restrict, or suspend access after reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use EasyRespawn to upload malicious code, send spam, violate privacy laws, infringe intellectual property rights, collect data without permission, or make automated requests that degrade the service for other customers. You may not misrepresent your identity, interfere with another workspace, or use the service to build a competing product by copying protected features, workflows, or user interfaces. We may investigate suspected abuse and remove content or suspend accounts when necessary to protect the service, customers, or third parties.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep EasyRespawn reliable, secure, and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, incidents, third-party platform failures, internet disruptions, or security events may affect availability. We may temporarily limit access to protect customer data, preserve platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations. Where practicable, we will communicate planned maintenance and material incidents through appropriate customer channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyRespawn and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on this page, updating the effective date, or contacting account administrators. Continued use of EasyRespawn after the updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to EasyRespawn's operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
